Title I
Candler Elementary is a Title I school. Title I is a federally funded program based on the percentage of students on free and reduced lunch. Title I also provides funding for personnel, instructional and student materials, parental involvement, staff development, and parent workshops. Ms. Karen Strickland oversee the Title I program.
