COVID-19 School Information

Ms. Schlecht is part-time at Candler and serves K-1 students. If you have questions, concerns or need support for your child or family please contact me by email: or by phone: 828-407-0293. I will respond as quickly as possible!

Grades K-2 will use Seesaw to access a classroom counseling activity every other week!

If your child would like to schedule a time to zoom with me please fill out the Counselor Mailbox google form below and I will be happy to check in with them!

If your child or someone in your family is experiencing an emergency mental health crisis, please call 911 or Mobile Crisis at 1(888)573-1006 or Vaya Health's 24/7 Health Crisis Hotline at 1(800)849-6127.

Helpmate's Hotline is available 24/7 for those in need of help with domestic violence issues at 828-254-0516.
